Who can use the service
The service is intended for users aged 16 and over. Users aged 16 or 17 may use the service but should review these Terms and the Privacy Notice with a parent or guardian. Users under 16 must not create an account. Any future paid purchase for a user under 18 must be made or authorised by a parent or guardian.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information, use a valid email address and must not share your account or let another person use it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest or use automated extraction against the service;
- copy, republish, sell or redistribute assessment questions or other content;
- attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits or security measures;
- upload unlawful, harmful or malicious material, or interfere with other users;
- use the service to facilitate academic misconduct.
We may restrict access where necessary to protect users or the service.
Ownership and your licence to use the content
The website, the Assessments Aced brand and the assessment content are owned by 786 Infinite Ltd or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to use the service for your own practice. You retain responsibility for the answers you submit, and you grant us permission to process and store them only as needed to provide marking, progress history, security and support.
Third-party names and no affiliation
Third-party names and marks, including ACCA and IELTS, remain owned by their respective owners. The service is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by ACCA, IELTS or any other examination body unless we expressly state otherwise.
Formative practice only
Assessment results are formative estimates produced by a rules-based prototype. The service does not issue official grades or certification and does not guarantee that you will pass or achieve any examination result. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for an academic, professional, financial or career decision.
Availability, maintenance and changes
The service may change, be updated for maintenance, be unavailable, or produce incomplete or inaccurate results. We may add, change or remove features.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, where necessary to protect the service or users, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time and can request deletion of your account information.
Payments
The current website does not provide live paid checkout. We do not offer any subscription, renewal, cancellation or refund terms at this time. If we introduce a paid plan, its price, duration, renewal, cancellation and refund terms will be shown before you purchase, and these Terms and the checkout flow will be reviewed again before payments are enabled.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Subject to that, the service is provided for formative practice and you should not treat it as professional advice.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the country where you live.
